For 4 hero medals, you can get a box with a Commander's costume (eternal) (level 90).
 
For 3 hero medals you can get the Wings of the Forest.

For 3 hero medals you can get the Wings of the Forest (Yellow).

For 3 hero medals you can get the Wings of the Forest (White).

For 12 hero medals, you can get a box with a unique Winner's costume (eternal) (level 90).
 
For 2 hero medals, you can get the treasure of the ancients, which will allow you to create 107 mighty Angel weapons. Read more about weapons here.
 
Be sure to check in with Kilias to start the chain of event tasks. There are 5 quests waiting for you, for which you will receive additional medals for exchange.
